Our Performance
We want to be recognised as a learning business and a great place to work fo our employees so that they are proud of their company.

We set ourselves a number of targets in last year’s report, and this section reviews how we did. Some were surpassed and in other cases we fell short, and where possible the reasons for this and the follow-up actions are explained.

Our targets for 2007 were set several years ago when five company ambitions were published, and it’s gratifying to report that four out of eight targets used to track progress were on course or well ahead with a year to go. Despite this, the final push towards our goals requires an all-out effort by every employee.
